Conduit Health Partners is a healthcare services company and a subsidiary of Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), providing nurse advice line, navigation, and triage services to health systems and payers. The project involved building a custom WordPress site using the Elementor page builder, completed while consulting with Digital Yalo.
The site serves as a marketing and informational presence for Conduit's services, targeting health system clients and decision-makers in the payer market. Custom WordPress theming using Elementor established the visual framework, with custom components built to present Conduit's service offerings and value proposition in a clean, professional layout appropriate for a B2B healthcare services audience.
A meaningful portion of the project scope involved development operations and server administration — configuring environments across development, staging, and production, managing data migration into the new platform, and ensuring the deployment pipeline operated reliably. These infrastructure tasks are particularly important for healthcare-adjacent sites where uptime and data integrity are organizational priorities.
Custom Elementor components were developed to extend the page builder's default capabilities, giving site editors the flexibility to construct and update pages without requiring custom development for each change. The component system was designed to support the content types Conduit needed — service descriptions, case studies, contact forms, and informational resources — within the Elementor editing environment.
